I am an upbeat, generally happy single mom with a wonderful 9 year old son. I love, love, love, the outdoors..love to hike, backpack, whitewater raft, mtn. bike. I am a licensed massage therapist. Describing myself is somewhat difficult, as I have never subscribed to an online dating service before. I like to think of myself (and it has been said) that I am rather attractive, nice and a lot of fun. I totally believe in chemistry between two people and doubt that a relationship can exist without it. I think meeting new people is fun and interesting and was always one to accept blind date offers. The worst thing that ever happened is that my date and I didn't fall in love. The best thing is that I had some good times and made some nice acquaintances.

I was blessed with a daughter at the age of 42.....she's eleven years old now and I enjoy her tremendously. I've learned there is some truth to the fact that older people make good parents.
